Welcome to Guiding Impact LLC. By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, products, or digital materials, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.​

1. Scope of Services

Guiding Impact LLC provides consulting, data analysis, curriculum development, training, and educational resources in public health and related fields. The scope of each engagement will be defined in a written agreement or project proposal.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your invoice or contract. Late payments may result in work delays or service suspension. Guiding Impact reserves the right to assess late fees where applicable.

3. No Guarantees

While Guiding Impact aims to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or programmatic changes beyond the scope of agreed services.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all materials, analyses, curriculum content, and deliverables created by Guiding Impact remain the intellectual property of Guiding Impact LLC. Clients receive a license for use as defined in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the engagement. Additional confidentiality rules may apply under a separate NDA.

6. All Sales Are Final

All payments for services, products, and digital materials are final. Please refer to the Refund Policy for additional detail.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule meetings or training sessions. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Guiding Impact LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

10. Modifications

Guiding Impact reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
