Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Guiding Impact. Please review our refund policy below, which applies to all services, products, digital materials, and educational content offered by Guiding Impact.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Guiding Impact are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, consulting services, digital products, curriculum materials, educational resources, training sessions, workshops, and custom deliverables. Once payment is submitted, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued.

Consulting Services and Project Work

Payments for consulting services, data analyses, curriculum development, and project-based work are final. If a client chooses to discontinue a project early, no partial or prorated refunds will be provided for work already completed or time reserved.

Training Sessions and Meetings

Fees for scheduled meetings, training sessions, or coaching sessions are non-refundable. Clients who are unable to attend a scheduled session may request a rescheduled time with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or credited.

Digital Products and Deliverables

All digital products, templates, reports, dashboards, curriculum materials, and downloadable content are delivered “as is” and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Once access is granted or the product is delivered, the sale is final.

Quality Assurance

Guiding Impact is committed to delivering high-quality work and services. If you have concerns about a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue within the scope of the original agreement.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy will be considered only in cases of:

• duplicate payments

• billing errors

• service delivery errors on the part of Guiding Impact

Any exception is granted solely at the discretion of Guiding Impact.
